The contact person service is for companies operating in Estonia whose management board is not located in Estonia, but the company is managed from a foreign country.
Namely, if the management board of a company is located in a foreign state, the company may appoint a contact person to whom the procedural documents of the company and declarations of intention addressed to the undertaking can be delivered in Estonia.
A contact person must be designated if the address of the legal person is abroad.
The following may be appointed a contact person: a notary, notary’s office, attorney, law office, sworn auditor, audit firm, tax representative of a non-resident within the meaning of the Taxation Act or a provider of trust and company services specified in § 8 of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act. In such an event the address of the contact person is deemed to be the address of the company.
Vesiir OÜ is a provider of trust and company services specified in § 8 of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act and, following from that, we also have the right to be such a contact person.
The contact person service provided by Vesiir OÜ includes:
- receiving and delivering customer physical letters;
- managing customer emails received on the contact person email address;
OÜ Vesiir offers a contact person service at a price of 50EUR/month or by paying a one-time annual fee of 360EUR/year. Which VAT and expenses related to the intermediation of notices are added.
We also offer the address service. The address service does not include the right to accept procedural documents and declarations of intent on behalf of the legal person. The price of the address service is 228EUR/year. Which VAT and expenses related to the intermediation of notices are added.
